(“Green Card” Class)

            State law requires that any responsible personnel involved in grading or other soil disturbing activities be knowledgeable about sediment and erosion control principles, specifications and implementation, as well as, to have a certificate of attendance at the Maryland Department of the Environment’s (MDE) approved training program (“Green Card” Class).  Therefore, the District is sponsoring the above training in cooperation with MDE.

 

            Within a few weeks of completing the course, you will receive a certification card “Green Card” for your records.  It is our recommendation to have responsible personnel attend the training every 2 – 3 years.

 

                Pre – registration is required for this course.  Please complete the bottom portion of this form and return to our office at Anne Arundel Soil Conservation District, 2662 Riva Road Suite 150, Annapolis, Maryland 21401 with your cash or check (payable to AASCD).  No late registrations will be accepted.   Registration ends on May 9, 2008.
